Trisha Goddard sparks outrage as ITV CBB fans fume ‘you’re from the UK’ after ‘ridiculous’ Patsy Palmer snub
Celebrity Big Brother viewers have been left baffled by a bizarre “feud” between Trisha Goddard and Patsy Palmer after both nominated each other based on their geographical differences.
During last night’s episode, the housemates were once again asked to nominate two of their fellow co-stars which will see one evicted tonight.
Whilst many of the cast gave valid reasonings for their nominations, viewers were left baffled by Goddard and Palmer after they both gave “odd” reasons to vote for one another.
The 67-year-old chat show host claimed she and Palmer don’t get along because “she’s from LA” while Goddard is “from New York”.
During nominations, Goddard attempted to explain the supposed cultural clash, saying: “LA people are more all about the crystals and the vibes.
“But people from New York are more like ‘let’s get it done’,” and added that Palmer was “too fragile” for the Big Brother house due to her “LA mindset”.

The EastEnders star expressed her confusion in the Diary Room, telling Big Brother: “Somehow my behaviour represents someone from LA and because she is from New York we’re really different. But neither of us are from LA or New York.”
Neither star is American, with Goddard being born in Hackney, while Palmer hails from Bethnal Green in East London.
Both women ended up nominating each other for eviction, but viewers quickly took to their X accounts to express their confusion over the reasonings.
One wrote: “Wtf is this LA vs New York thing that Trisha has made up when they are both from the UK.”
Another pointed out: “She’s from LA…. I’m from New York….’ Says Trisha….born in Hackney, London.”
A third viewer commented: “The Patsy and Trisha ‘New York Vs LA’ drama is so bizarre because one of them is from Hackney and the other is from Bethnal Green.”
Many noted that Goddard moved to the US in 2010, while Palmer relocated to Malibu in 2014.
Their fellow housemates were equally confused by the strange feud, with Chris Hughes referencing the spat in his punishment rap.
Whilst standing in a pink bin for breaking nomination rules, he said: “I said what I said, at least I didn’t say Patsy was too North-South-East-West.”
Palmer received six nominations in total, while both Goddard and Jack P Shephard received four each.
The eviction will take place tonight, with viewers set to decide which of the three nominated housemates will leave the Celebrity Big Brother house.
While Palmer has indicated she wouldn’t be sad to exit the competition, Goddard admitted she doesn’t want to leave just yet.
Fans have predicted Goddard may be the one to go following the bizarre nomination reasoning.
