Michelle Keegan shares sweet dedication to newborn daughter in fresh motherhood update: ‘My three girls’

Michelle Keegan has shared a touching tribute to her newborn daughter Palma and her beloved dogs on Instagram.

The 37-year-old actress posted a selfie showcasing two special necklaces dedicated to the important family members.

The Brassic star welcomed her first child with husband Mark Wright, 38, last month.

The couple have been keeping fans updated on social media about their new life as parents since announcing Palma’s arrival.

In her latest Instagram post, Michelle revealed the meaning behind her necklaces, writing: “For my 3 girls. Palma, Phoebe and Pip.”

One necklace features her daughter’s name in sparkling letters, whilst the other has three pendants, each with the letter ‘P’.

The actress explained that the pendants represent her daughter Palma, her chihuahua Pip and dachshund Phoebe.

This isn’t the first time Michelle has shown off the ‘Palma’ necklace, having previously worn it during her Mother’s Day celebrations last month.

Michelle tagged Chain Reaction Jewellers for the ‘Palma’ necklace in her post.

For the second necklace featuring the three ‘P’ pendants, Michelle credited Dana Seng Jewelry.

The meaningful jewellery highlights how Michelle is embracing motherhood whilst still maintaining her connection to her beloved pets.

Mark recently appeared on This Morning where he addressed speculation about their daughter’s name.

When host Siân Welby mentioned rumours that Palma was named after the Majorcan resort, Mark replied: “Well, that’s what the papers say.”

He explained: “We just love the name. We love the name Palmer with an ‘er’ and then we just liked putting an ‘a’ on the end and we just liked the way it read.”

“So, yeah, we just love the name, really,” he concluded during the ITV show.

During the same This Morning appearance, Mark opened up about parenthood, saying: “It’s incredible. We’re just enjoying being parents.”

“They say it’s the best feeling in the world. They’re not wrong. It is,” he added.

The couple announced Palma’s birth on Instagram last month with a photo of their newborn, writing: “Together we have a new love to share… Our little girl. Palma Elizabeth Wright. 06.03.25.”

Michelle recently celebrated her first Mother’s Day, sharing: “Such a special day from start to finish.”

The family also enjoyed their first holiday together, with Michelle posting: “A little break away filled with special memories.”
