Kim Kardashian cuts daughter’s, 11, visit to dad Kanye West short after making Andrew Tate arrival discovery

Kim Kardashian has reportedly cut short her daughter North’s visit with Kanye West after learning that controversial figures Andrew and Tristan Tate were expected to arrive at the location.

The incident marks the latest escalation in ongoing custody tensions between the former couple, who share four children.

According to TMZ, Kardashian was alerted by her security team that the Tate brothers were en route to where North was spending time with her father.

The reality star immediately intervened, removing her 11-year-old daughter from the situation.

This development comes amid a series of public disputes between the ex-spouses over their children’s public exposure and West’s increasingly controversial associations.

Sources close to the situation revealed that Kardashian had serious concerns about her children being in proximity to the Tate brothers.

“Kim’s priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanye’s controversial behaviour,” a source told Page Six.

The issue of the Tates’ association with West was reportedly raised during an emergency hearing last week.

During this meeting, Kardashian expressed her discomfort with West’s friendship with the controversial siblings.

The Skims founder allegedly does not want any of her four children – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm – around the Tates or Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Romania in late 2022 and formally indicted last year on serious charges including human trafficking and operating an organised crime ring.

Andrew Tate has also been charged with rape.

The brothers, who hold dual US-British citizenship, have denied all wrongdoing in the case. They recently left Romania after a travel ban was lifted, arriving in Florida on February 27.

Florida’s attorney general subsequently opened a criminal investigation into the pair.

The Tates have gained notoriety for their controversial views, with Andrew particularly known for his polarising statements on social media regarding gender roles and women.

The emergency hearing last week also addressed North’s appearance on West’s new song “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” which features Sean “Diddy” Combs. During the mediation, West reportedly agreed not to release the track.

However, he went back on his word over the weekend, posting an audio clip of the song on X.

The rapper also shared screenshots of what appeared to be text messages with Kardashian, where they argued over their daughter’s involvement.

In the alleged exchange, Kardashian told West she had trademarked North’s name in an attempt to prevent the song’s release.

“I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her,” she reportedly wrote.

West’s social media outburst this week included baseless accusations against his ex-wife, claiming she and her family were “sex trafficking” their children.

“The Kardashians are sex workers and they sex traffic all of the black children they strategically produce,” he wrote on X.

The rapper’s tirade was apparently triggered by North’s appearance in an FKA Twigs song and TikTok video.

“Kim Kardashian is a sex trafficker. I don’t like that Twigs has my daughter in her video dressing all grown,” West continued.

During the emergency hearing, Kardashian also raised concerns about West’s antisemitic views and his wearing of swastika T-shirts.

Following the latest dispute, Kardashian is reportedly considering revising the couple’s custody agreement.

Sources told TMZ that she has been receiving advice from her legal counsel on filing for sole custody of their children.

West has alluded to pursuing similar legal action against Kardashian.

“I’m going to war, and neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me,” West reportedly told his ex-wife.

The former couple, who were married from 2014 to 2022, previously agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of their four children when they settled their divorce.

Neither Kardashian nor West has publicly commented on the latest developments.
